For so long you've waited in the wings

In this empty room waiting
All eyes fixed on doorways for faces to come

Thus rendering our will to be where we are

Filling the cracks between all that we are
I can't help but wonder how long it will be
Before cracks turn to rubble and it turns too far

Our time is passing so be quick
