I went out wa lking through streets pa ved with gold
Lifted some stones, sa w the skin a nd bones
Of a city without a soul
I went out wa lking under a n a tomic sky
Where the ground wont turn a nd the ra in it burns
Like the tea rs when I sa id goodbye.
